Can you guarantee that my visa will be approved?
No. No consultant can honestly guarantee a visa. Every decision is made by the immigration authority of the destination country, based on your eligibility and the documents submitted. What we can do is assess your profile carefully, tell you where the risks are, and help you submit a complete and accurate application.
How does an LMIA-based Canada work permit work?
In most cases a Canadian employer must first receive a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) from Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), showing the job could not be filled locally. With the job offer and LMIA, the worker then applies to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for a work permit. Requirements, wage levels and processing times change, so we check the current rules for your situation.
Do I have to pay for a job offer or an LMIA?
You should not. Under Canadian rules, employers may not recover LMIA costs from workers, and buying or selling job offers is illegal. Be cautious of anyone who asks you to pay for a job. Any fee we charge is for our advisory and documentation services only, and it is explained in writing before we begin.
How long does the process take?
It depends on the country, the visa category and the volume of applications the authority is handling. Some visitor visas are decided within weeks, while employer-based work permits can take several months. We share the official published processing times at the start and update you if they change.
Which documents will I usually need?
Typically a valid passport, education certificates and transcripts, experience letters, a language test result (such as IELTS, CELPIP or PTE where required), proof of funds, and later police clearance and medical examination results. We give you a personalised checklist after your profile evaluation.
Can my spouse and children come with me?
Family options depend on the destination country, the type of permit and your occupation, and these rules are updated from time to time. We explain the current eligibility for accompanying family members during your assessment, before you apply.
